Vice President - Financial Analysis

Managed Clarity Enterprise Technology Support Team that is accountable for providing Clarity Project Program support (Clarity PPM) to stakeholders and ensure project information is accurate.

•Partnered with the Enterprise Technology CT team to developed and deployed Project detail of monthly Actuals, Forecast and Budget allocations in the ICFO Clarity Dashboard (QlikView) for ease of access and use.

•Liaised with LOB leads to ensure 2019 plan and forecast data is accurate. This included setting up rates, cost plans, billing keys, generics, new projects, and maintain calendar for deliverables.

•Liaised with LOB leads and Clarity Developers to ensure the proper rates are loaded and applied correctly and that projects that are impacted are updated correctly and timely.

•Developed a process to review all billing key information for any given LOB minimizing manual intervention and time-consuming process. The process now runs in approximately 10 minutes.

•Established a standardized Cost Center Validation process to address legal entity migrations/ blocked cost centers. This process reduces rejected items submitted into SAPCO

•Spearheaded the Ticket process conversion from Vulcan to ServiceNow.

•Developed a process to streamline manual outlook values and streamlined the process to identify the application cost at the allocating cost center level.

•Reduced SLA on tickets from 48 hours to 24 utilizing the Mumbai team coverage. Cross trained and shared best practices with Mumbai team.

•Participated in the Clarity Enhancement review board meetings and requested many enhancements to the standard Clarity reports and creation of new reports including the addition of the Recovery and the allocated cost center's Legal Entity.

Managed Corporate Sector Allocations for Enterprise Technology Transformation & Billing Services (ET-TBS).

Accountable for the management & operations of the Budget and Forecasting Allocations tool and the submission of Billions of dollars of monthly Actuals, Forecast and Budget allocations to the firm's corporate financial reporting system (SAP CO GL).

•Managed, developed, and delivered the CT&O allocations Budget and Forecasting tool.

•The CT&O allocation plan and Forecasting tool is the largest expense base service provider within the firm and delivery of this dataset is a huge complex task.

•Developed an Essbase database application solution which now provided clients the needed transparency across the entire CT&O allocations product offering. Now all clients can see their allocations from CT&O in one user friendly toolset application.

•Trained an estimated 400 clients globally across the entire firm. Training was very successful and delivered the required comfort level needed by all clients to execute the allocation plan exercise in the "CT&O Volume Planning Tool".

•Accountable for the management/operations of the Global Real Estate Essbase cube and the submission of Billions of dollars of monthly Actuals, Forecast and Budget of Admin and Occupancy allocations to the firm's corporate financial reporting system (SAP CO GL).

•Developed and implemented the standardization of the Occupancy square footage SAPCO submission to a Rate Volume submission.

•Incorporated the Legal Entity and Activity dimensions in the GRE cube allowing for more efficient validations. This process is also been used by the Consumer Business Banking for their Branch allocations.

•Managed and developed a Monthly Actuals, Forecast and Budget volume load straight through process - This process automatically loads the monthly volumes to SAPCO and sends the Validation and posting reports via email for review and reconciliation to the operations team.

•Worked with the Controllers Tax team and the Legal Entity Controllers to review inter-office allocations received by Corporate Sector that were unsettled (blocked) or cash settled by surrogate Legal Entity for the creation of a 482 adjustment.

•Contacted LE controllers to determine if the LE benefitted from the associated service and if they manually cash settled outside of SAPCO. Sealed confirmation, approval and signed off of this transaction.

Accountable for systems development activities within the Bank's E-Tech/Distributed Computing Services (DCS) Group.

•Developed or maintained include Customer MIS, Lease and Workstation Inventory, E-Mail Account and Utilization Inventory, Network Account Inventory, Telephone Directory, Security Administration, and GroupWare (Lotus Notes) utilizing multiple hardware and software platforms.

•Managed the development and implementation of a web Customer MIS application that provided product and service information on all DCS customers in the North East and South West regions and was the source for their DCS recoveries.

•Managed the development and implementation of a host of client server business applications including: Telephone Directory System for the Chase Telephone Operations, Email Billing for the CDS E-Mail account and storage recoveries, LAN Account Inventory for the DCS LAN Subscriptions and Optional Software recoveries, Leasing and Workstation Inventory for DCS Workstation Support and Leasing recoveries. Oversaw the development of approximate 40 Notes development efforts.

•Managed the Year 2000 (Y2K) Remediation of sixty business applications utilized in the Distribution Computing Services and other E-Tech Departments.

•Spearheaded the downsizing or phasing out of several legacy applications with limited functionality and freed up resources for new or replacement applications with significantly enhanced capabilities.
