Position Response

Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the engineering department. Maintain the entire hotel facility: including the physical building structure; all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems, and related equipment in accordance with a planned preventative maintenance program. Ensure all areas are maintained to the high standard expected by our guests. Utilize a leadership style and training program, which supports the philosophy of empowerment, provides direction and support to develop a pro-active and flexible team. Take responsibility for the engineering department in the absence of the Chief Engineering.

JOB KNOWLEDGE

Maintenance & operating experience of various electrical equipments like transforms 1500KVA Diesel Generator sets 2 No’s,, ATS Panel, Boiler, Water distribution by hydro pneumatic system, water treatment plants including Reverse Osmosis, Softeners System, Multi grade, Sand media, Activated carbon filters. Operating Spa Steam heater and Sauna Jacuzzi etc. Sewage treatment and scrubber plant.
