Doing washing, ironing, dry cleaning, folding, and transferring to designated areas. I know how to use cleaning chemicals, and operate equipment and devices properly. also report any equipment malfunctions, leaks, or problems to the Laundry Master.

Worked for Club Mahindra Resort, Goa as Room Attendant from 10th Feb’ 2010 to 18th November 2013.

Responsibility of Room Attendant :

Making bed, Dusts the room and furniture. Replenishes guestroom and bath supplies. To clean the bathroom. Vacuum the carpet. Replenish amenities according to the operational standards. Perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g. steam clean carpets, spring cleaning, super cleaning etc.) as required. To Clean guest bathroom/bed room/floor corridor. Responsible for replenishment of guest complimentary water.

Attends to guest calls, guest requests /guest complaints in the area assigned to him.
