Chart Energy & Chemicals, Inc (Chart) (November 2014 – April 2019) Chart is the world’s leading single-source LNG equipment and solutions provider across the complete LNG value chain – liquefaction, distribution, storage and end-use fueling. Chart focus is cryogenics. Chart is a recognized global brand for the design and manufacture of highly engineered cryogenic equipment used from the beginning to the end in the liquid gas supply chain.

Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) Director (June 2018 – April 2019) In 2016 Chart Lifecycle was established as a full service organization dedicated to offering a level of service through the entire lifecycle of Chart’s products. In 2017 ChartLifecycle acquired Hetsco, the world’s premier brazed aluminum heat exchanger service and repair company.

Led 6 QHSE professionals in the development and deployment of Chart’s Lifecycle QHSE and ASME programs to reduce employee injury, minimize Chart’s Lifecycle exposure and ensure compliance with the governing certifications and applicable laws.

Led the development and execution of the QHSE initiatives in partnership with the field operation leadership team to promote a workplace safety culture and reduced the incident rate from 0.5 in 2017 to 0 in 2018.

Successfully led the review ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC) Certification Mark.

Transformed the way Chart Lifecycle managed the project documentation and the documented information by leading the design, implementation and deployment for a new software (M-files) which resulted in a consolidated database for the all Chart’s Lifecycle sites, processes consistency, seamless company operations resulting in a increase in business efficiency and reduc3 waste.

Re-engineered the procurement process to transform end–to-end procurement function and improve efficiency and ensure compliance with SOX and ASME.

Led the development and the implementation of Chart Lifecycle's procurement program and streamlined the requisition to pay (R2P) and procure-to-pay processes.

Achieved 40% savings for the flame resistant (FR) clothing and 14% savings for gas detection instruments by switching from renting to own.

Integration Project Manager (January 2018-June 2018) In 2017 Chart acquired Hudson Products (Hudson and Smithco air cooled heat exchangers).

Primarily focused on the post-closing and integration process of a newly acquired company, Hudson, in Beasley–Texas into the Chart’s organization.

Ensured all requirements are met as well as the full realization of the expected synergies of the acquisition for the company.

Senior Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) (November 2014 – January 2018) 2

Key responsibilities on this role included but were not limited to supplier assessment, evaluation, risk mitigation and monitoring, continuous improvement and developing activities to Chart’s suppliers’ base.

Served as liaison between procurement team, Operations, Engineering and Suppliers to ensure quality standards and timely delivery of submittals.

Led transformational activities to streamline the requisition to pay (R2P) and procure-to-pay processes.

Gathered market intelligence and developed strategies for the control and manual valves commodities and qualified 2 additional suppliers for each category and achieved significant savings, reduce the risk of single source suppliers and obtained better products and supplier quality service.

Designed, implemented and documented Chart’s Lifecycle Quality Management System programs and developed, implemented new processes (IT tool, workflows and procedures) and trained internal personnel on to facilitate consistent and seamless company operations.

Exiros provides effective procurement solutions employing state-of-the-art technology while centralizing the purchasing operations of Tenaris and Ternium, the steel business companies of the Techint Group, Techint Engineering and Construction's among others consolidating as much as 9 billion dollars in purchases within 14 countries.

North America Content and Supplier Quality Manager (September 2013 –November 2014)

Led a team of 2 Quality Engineers and 3 Content Engineers.

Drove the validations initiative thru the development and addition of new products/new brands to increase the supplier liquidity. Influenced stakeholders to perform trials for alternative products and achieved savings for single source MRO and production materials of 1.3 MUSD in USA and 1.6 MUSD savings in Canada and for non single source 3.2 MUSD in USA and 1.4 MUSD savings in Canada. Successfully homologated 360 items/symbols for Canada and 132 for USA.

Collaborated with cross functional teams and influenced at many levels of the organization to drive change.

Monitored the quality, safety and performance improvements over supplier's deliveries and operations, in order to achieve the required quality and safety levels required.

MRO included categories as Chemicals and Fuels; Electricals/Electronics and IT; General MRO; Industrial MRO; Components Under Design; Repairs; Mobile Maintenance; Safety equipment; Tooling; Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs); Vendor Managed Inventories (VMIs).
