Preparation of WPS & PQR and conducting welders qualification Test as per international Code ASME SEC IX, API 1104, AWS D1.1

Preparation of ITP and QCP as per requirement of Client specification and international standards.

Monitoring of all Mechanical activities is in compliance with the applicable code, standards and specification.

Co-ordination with Third party as well as client related to Mechanical, welding, Painting and NDE activities.

Receiving & verification of Materials/Consumable certificates and calibration certificates of all Mechanical equipment & Inspection Instruments.

Surveillance checking of welding parameters according to approved WPS (Ampere, Voltage, Travel Speed and Gas flow rate) Checking the adequacy of equipment for preheating, welding, heat treatments and weld examinations as well dimensional inspection.

Interpretation of Radiographic films.

Witnessing of all NDT (RT, UT, MT, PT, PMI etc.)

Bill of Material (BOM) preparation for individual isometrics.

Filing and retaining NDT reports and inspection reports.

Initiate Pro Active/Surveillance and NCR and follow up for correction as required.

Preparation and closing of Test packages according to all applicable client standards.

Conducting Hydro test of piping, Valves Tanks etc.
