Led the development of the organization design and framework resulting in the achievement of increased year over year results in EBIT, CAGR, ROCE, EBITDA, Net Revenue, and Contribution Margin and reductions in Working Capital in support of the company’s five (5) year growth strategy and market diversification plans.

• Achieved a $12 million dollar net savings by leading the Human Capital strategies associated with the company’s business divestment and consolidation activities of distressed and underperforming business units.

• Successfully managed the due diligence strategies associated with over $195 million dollars of capital investment (140 mm in business acquisition, 36mm in new extrusion press installation, 17mm in cast-house rebuilding, paint-line and anodizing line upgrades) over a six (6) year period resulting in a 8.8% ROCE
