Experience Area Business Manager, Abbott India Ltd., Orissa, India – 1st August 2020 – Present

Recently got the opportunity to work at Abbott India Ltd. as Senior Area Business Manager to take care of the entire Orissa state covering Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Berhampur & Sambalpur based at Bhubaneswar. In this role I have the team of seven representatives covering entire state of Orissa. Here the covering therapy area is Diabetes & Endocrinology portfolio.

Achievements:

In this one and half months of tenure engaged more than 100 doctors through different E-Engagement activities including some top KOLs in Orissa.

Area Business Manager, Abbott India Ltd., Kolkata,

India – 1st June 2018 – 31st July 2020

Worked with Abbott India Ltd. as ABM located at Kolkata Head Quarter in Specialty Care Division. In this current role I am having eight reportees with me, seven are based at Kolkata and one is based at Imphal (Manipur), dealing with ‘Endocrinology’ portfolio.

Achievements:

Achieved the award for best Coach All India during yearly meeting in January 2020.

Got promoted as ABM in 2015 and relocated at Raipur HQ taking charge of a team of five TBMs based at three different HQs. During the tenure looked after the entire state of Chhattisgarh and dealt with the ‘Gastroenterology’ portfolio.

Achievements:

In the year 2015 within first six month’s tenure conducted eight CMEs at Raipur in four different markets.

In the year 2016 ended the year more than the targeted figure with two pillar brands achieving more than 100% i.e. Ganaton Group & Cremaffin Group.

One of my TBM received the award for best new brand seller (highest unit PCPM) award among West region for Pankreoflat Liquid and Gut Renew in 2017.

Got the opportunity to work for Abbott India Ltd. In 2011 and joined as TBM based at Kolkata HQ. During the tenure looked after the southern part of Kolkata concentrating the corporate hospitals along with the trade areas. Worked with the Gastroenterology segment focusing on the entire GI market.

Achievements:

Received the award for best coordinator during case presentation during Genesis (training session)

Achieved Hats off award for consistent performance in consecutive three quarters for Ganaton Group in the year 2012.

Selected and participated for Integrated Strategic Workshop (ISW) in the year 2014 as the best team player from Kolkata pool.

Joined Ranbaxy Lab. Ltd. In the year 2010 and worked in Dermatology division based at Kolkata HQ. Covered the North part of kolkata along with Midnapure district as OS.

Achieved Bravo award for the best new brand launch in a district market for selling Cialo Lotion at Midnapure market.
