DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

SAP-ERP Daily posting Livestock, Compost, Manure sales and Raw Milk Production in farm creating reservation material request making GRN and PO’s

Collecting data from the Supervisor and Ensure all necessary daily reports are prepared correctly and circulated on time and updating daily movements of the Cows in Dairy Comp 305. Monitor’s performance indicator reports (lag reports). Sending daily reports to Farm manager, Finance and Sales team to monitor our Sales and Milk production.

-Ensure the completion and regular review of risk assessments for all work equipment and operations.

-Ensure that all accidents are documented, investigated, and recommended improvements implemented.

-Ensure that safety inspections are carried out, fire drills and fire alarms are correctly reported, safety inspections, risk assessments and lone working procedures are managed, and employees are aware of their responsibilities.

-Co-ordinate the development of health & safety policies, systems of work and procedures.

-Responsible for all document control activities for the Company and projects.

-Provide professional document control duties applying diversified knowledge and experience of document control and filing practices to support construction projects.

-Organize and file current document backlog from project job packages per the company’s current filing process.

-Assist team in scanning, organizing, and indexing critical documentation.

-Maintain updated submittal log, monitor the submittal schedule and status.

-Transmit documentation and submittals through the Clients SharePoint system.

-Receive, log, and track plans and specifications as received including all revisions. Performs additional responsibilities and comply with the Supervisor instructions. Communication Maintains active communication and builds teamwork amongst the team, affiliated companies, and other departments, to achieve commitment to the overall company objective. Builds positive working relationship with the team, other departments and/or business units; ensures understanding of department objective and the wants, needs and expectations of internal and external clients.
