Responsibilities and Duties

-Working on Invoicing Management System (IMS) very closely, entering services used by clients in terms of monthly rent and other variables to raise invoices at the end of the month.

-Responsible for raising tickets on Helpdesk regarding maintenance of Centre or client’s complaints.

-Using a variety of software packages, such as CRM, IMS, Darwin, Zoho Connect, Helpdesk, Microsoft word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets, and databases.

-To closely monitor budget v/s actual expenses on regular basis and ensure expenses are curtailed within agreed budgets.

-Prepares reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals, and correspondence. Monitoring & updating travel mis, utilities / bill payments

-Vendor Management
