This EPC project, consisted of increasing the output of power from 250 Mega Watts to 750 Mega Watts for the local government power generation company in Barranquilla, Colombia S.A.
Budget was $700 Million-dollar U.S., and was a Design, Supply, and Build, Joint Venture with Asea Brown Boveri - ABB.

Armenia Substation Project and Related Transmission Lines at 230 kV
This project was awarded to Empresa de Energía de Bogotá, EEB, in February 2002, by the National Government as part of the Referenced Generation and Transmission Expansion Plan 2000 – 2023 to undertake "Design, construction, operation and maintenance of the Armenia Substations at 230 kV and related transmission lines".
