1.Developed process control strategy for newly acquired laser weld cell parts/assemblies in drivetrain machining.

2.Developed standardized scoring methods and introduced xFMEA for conducting the pFMEAs in component machining.

3.Developed dashboard for active variable gages using Tableau for their utility across machining cells with desired capability and applicable tolerances.

4.Advanced product planning for transmissions of large tractors product lines.

5.Slashed 30% cycle time for deviations process in a cross-functional team.

6.Failure analysis and scrap reduction:

a)The cost savings because of delinquent orders (customers) due to scrap was $157K.

b)Root cause analysis and scrap reduction of $1.5M after executing the CA process.

d)Scrap cost savings of over $500K for sun pinions, PST shafts & PTO gears.

8.Process Key characteristics (KC) standardization project for Gears - managed over 1000 KCs for new products and categorized them into the family of parts for monitoring and managing the process capability studies and gage R&Rs.
