Job responsibilities

Testing of the following Equipment’s

Handling overall responsibility of the maintenance, Erection, Commissioning, Inspection & Testing of the motor control center panel (MCC) and Control panels.

Testing and carry out site Pre-commissioning/ commissioning of electrical equipment (33kv, 6.6kv, 0.415kv transformer, switchgear and motor), distribution panels, lightings, devices and HV-LV cables and leading to energization of electrical equipment, attending and inspection of punch list for satisfactory in compliance with the standard, test and safety procedure.

Installation, Assemble, Testing and Maintenance of Switchgear, Transformer, Circuit breakers, Current Transformers, Voltage Transformers, Battery, Battery chargers and lighting fixtures.

Wiring & Modification works in HV/LV Panel.

Handling PTW & LOTO system for daily performing job.

Maintenance and Calibration of Meters such as Voltmeter, Ammeter & Multi-function meter.

Installation, Testing of protection interlocking scheme and modification and preparation of cabling and inter connection schedules. 11kv and low voltage switch gears.

CT, VT site acceptance tests, calibration of meters etc.

Responsible to preparing punch-list and as built drawing for substation connection drawing. Authorize person to do switching for 415V-6.6KV switchgear and motor drive.
