1. Perform quality check on incoming and outgoing technical and

non-technical documentation in line with Project Procedures,

distribute Technical Transmittals and Correspondence issued

by Contractor based on Distribution Matrix. Maintain

Correspondence register in Access Data Base and issue reports

as required by Project team. Download Technical Documents and

Correspondence from SECL EDMS & FDV, file onto local drive

and report and correct any discrepancies.

2. Monitor Technical Transmittals and Correspondence from

Contractor; check and issue response from Engineers,

administrators and supervisors. Keep files and historical e-

mails for response on local drive, file hard copies of

original letters and transmittals. Follow up Company and

Contractor Correspondence by issuing reminders to project

engineers and supervisors and send status updates to PM

weekly.

3. Receive QOR & NCR to issue to SECL, assign document numbers,

and check quality of documents and Issue Transmittals to

Contractor. Send reports on QOR & NCR status on weekly basis

to QA/QC. Receive AFIs and Test Packs, update registers and

distribute to concerned members of the team.

4. Receive Observation Reports from HSE and issue through

Transmittal to Contractor once a week for their action.

5. Provide requested documentation to Engineers, Administrators

and Supervisors as requested.

6. Update and maintain Letter Register in Access Database,

report as required on the status of Letters. Maintain

TQ/NCR/Observation Report/QR/LMEL Transmittals Registers.

Maintain Variation Request Register by updating it on as

received basis; open all supporting Documents, cross

reference letters, Variation Request, Variation Orders and

Company Instructions to reflect the latest status of VRs.

7. Receive, Review As-Built Documentation for correct data on

drawings, statuses and advise DCs. Update As-Built Register

to show the current As-Built Summary Status Report.

8. Uploading all incoming transmittals into IDMS.

9. Handling Vendor Prints Documentation. Checking the

consistency of Vendor documentation and checking the

consistency of Vendor Print Register and adding Link for

folder and documents on a daily basis. Providing Assistance

to LMEL staff for VP documents. Receiving and checking

Contractor Vendor final handover documentation for proper

formatting and accuracy against Corporate Procedures.

Creating links to folders, feeding Vendor Print Data from

Excel Register to Access Data Base for easy reference and

search, Review VMCs, VQRBs, update Deficiency Trackers with

Company comments and send back to Contractor for action and

resubmission. Assisting Contractor in preparing Indexes for

VQRB books, bookmarking etc. Update Doc to Tag Registers.

10. Generate document status report for management on weekly

basis.

11. Co-ordinate Final Document Preparation and submission.

12. Provide training to all project related staffs and DCs.
