Military Exchange Senior Advisor/ Instructor / Writer Ermelo, The Netherlands

Served as an instructor for senior military leadership and strategic management courses at the Dutch Army Royal Military Leadership School (KMS). Function as a member of the point of instruction development team. Plan, coordinate, and represent the US perspective for international events at the KMS. Conduct presentations on cultural diversity, US foreign and NATO policies, and commander-level leadership advising and consulting. Design and evaluate testing and provide professional and cultural liaison within the KMS and other Dutch Army units.

Managed daily launching and recovery of Aerial Weapons Teams and directed combat missions. Oversaw budget development, quality controls, asset tracking and scheduled preventative maintenance tasks and aircraft phase flow. Advised the director on aircraft readiness. •Streamlined and enforced strict adherence to supply economy and preventative maintenance to provide a cost savings of over $20M.
