I hold a Bcom honours in Human Resources Management. I am looking to secure a role such as an HR Officer/ HR Practitioner or similar, to utilise my current HRM skills in a practical and fast-paced environment.

Duties Includes:
Assisting and advising on all HR queries across all three (3) NWU campuses.
Advising employees and faculty management on HR Policies and procedures.
Involved in the recruitment process and ensuring that the recruitment policy and procedure is known and applied throughout the Faculty.
Supporting relevant hiring manager with shortlisting candidates and co-ordinating interviews.
Ensuring that related recruitment processes are followed such as MIE checks and background check.
