GFP(Global Funds Portal) is the suite of application that supports wide variety of transfer agency business functions. Application provides account services,fund service,agent service,document service and portfolio service. It replicates the data from different sources and transfer it into business defined logic under global funds. As it maintains funds across global customer/clients/agents can view this portal as single view account information.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Understanding the requirement document and shape up the System Approach and technical specification document.

Involved in creating DB objects like Procedures, Packages,Functions,Views and complex SQL queries with respect to project requirement.

Oracle Upgrade :

Collect and analyze the DB components, checking code compatibility and solution for

Lending segments in banking industry is always subjected to credit risks, CAF UDBA Build & Support project comes under the Auto Finance LOB and it maintains customer’s credit risk related information. This project tracks & monitors the behavioral aspects of customers across delinquency buckets and reports the details to the business team. Project owns several credit risk related reports that needs to be delivered to business team on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

The Customer Management & Billing System (CMBS) is the central application supporting order activity and billing of products delivered across the Optus Hybrid Fibre/Co-axial cable (HFC) network. Optus currently has three such products LAT(LAT- Local Access Telephony provides a customer with access to a set of analogue voice services including standard telephony, fax and dial-up internet), ONC ( OptusNet Cable is a broadband internet product providing download speeds of up to 100 times that of dial-up), DTV ( Optus net Television is an analogue PayTV service which rebroadcasts Foxtel analogue channels plus has several Optus specific foreign language channels). CMBS is based around a package application called Intelecable or ITC. This package was originally designed to specifically handle the order management, service provisioning.

FLOW as a business workflow application, supports various Line of Business (LoB) like Wholesale, LLU, WLR, WBC, FTTC, ISDN etc. The system titled FLOW is developed for BT (British Telecom). The objective of the system is to progress the numerous orders placed by many Communication Providers across the UK on the BT Network, owned by Open Reach, a BT Line of Business. The system has to communicate with many other systems to achieve the same.

FLOW system plays the major role in entire the order journey. Before accepting the order from the upstream system, it performs various validations like feasibility of providing the line, existence of the products in the current line etc on CSS. In all cases, FLOW decision is final as it directly interacts with CSS, hence it is considered as heart of the entire system.

Lead the team of 4 members from offshore.
