I am currently working as a Legal Administrator for the Ministry of Justice in the Employment Tribunal sector. This involves understanding key legal legislation, extensive analytical skills, conducting legal research and excellent written communication skills. I am highly driven, ambitious, enthusiastic and committed to exceed within the legal sector, I want to be challenged within a role where my knowledge can be put into practise especially as I work well within a team.

Provided support to the Judge during in person hearings acting as the clerk by greeting the parties and providing support during the hearing.

Used Microsoft outlook to reorganise the crisis inbox. Used to implement an online system which all staff can access leading to reduced file conflicts within the team when dealing with claims.

Used Microsoft Word to draft letters on behalf of the Judge to the claimants and respondents informing them on what is happening with their claim.

Managed numerous case files making sure they were properly coordinated.

Typing all necessary documents and correspondence as required by the Judge and scanning them to ACAS.
