Complete all email & file requests
Responsible for all documentation that are turned over from HR Personnel then carefully sort, prep, scan and placed on the correct file

Assist with interdepartmental and divisional projects and training sessions periodically
Assist with file room audits and complete weekly reports to be reviewed by supervisor/manager.
Meet and consult with employees when a request has been made to view their file. Answer any questions and follow up on their concerns.
Provide internal & external customer service concerning all labour matters.
Responsible for all phone calls received in the file room and while stationed at the Labour Relations Help Desk.
