Degree in Tourism Technician (Fluent English - Spoken & Written) with over 25 years of experience in the Tourism Field, which 5 years were dedicated to the Hospitality area, and 20 years for Operator - Inbound Tourism, in which 15 years have been dedicated to the Luxury segment in South America, for multinational companies. Inbound and Operations Manager for Chile and Argentina. Company with almost 30 years in Africa with Lodges and DMC opened operations in Chile in July 2015. Directly reporting to Managing Director, and in charge of the Sales and Operations team consisting of 6 people, 3 of them Based in Buenos Aires as Home office.

• Participating on the Opening operations on the DMC in Chile

• Create Itineraries to promote the destination on the company's website

• Assisting agents from Virtuoso Market Service, Ensemble, Signature Travel Network, Travel Leaders.

• Rate Negotiation with Hotels and local operators through Chile and Argentina

• Coordinate training for the Team in different locations

• Organize Fam Trips for Virtuoso Agents (USA and Australia) around Chile and Argentina

• Customer service, following up during their trip, documentation to be deliver upon arrival and follow-up at the end of the trip

• Preparation of the weekly Sales report (Excel Sheet)

• Implementation of the Wetu system in the region, and supervise the beginning on the process to implement Tourplan in the region (running from Jan 2020)
