Duties

Strengthen Contact Tracing activities across the District, with specific focus on Sub-districts with more active cases.

Approving or rejecting self-quarantine application on the silveraxiom system and also release applicants from government quarantine sites.

Support Sub-District Information Officers, on the DHIS2 Tracker Desktop platform to finalise capturing and updating the line list, for the database to be completed.

Work closely with Data Management teams to ensure data quality and use is optimal. Establish and improve data management systems, data flow and quality to ensure timeliness, completeness and interpretation for decision making.

Retrain contact tracing teams to ensure they have the knowledge and tools to follow up and monitor all contacts and cases (from community, quarantine and institutions).

Strengthen report-writing within all streams related to contact tracing.
