WORKING EXPERIENCE:

● From 18/09/2017 to 31/10/2018, STAFF NURSE In operation theatre MEDANTA THE MEDICITY (JCI, NABH, 1250 Bedded Hospital),Delhi Gurgoan.

From may 2019 to till now I am working as a STAFF NURSE In Operation theatre at GLENEAGLES GLOBAL HEALTH CITY(NABH-350 Bedded Hospital) Perumbakkam Chennai.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assessing the patients for the life threatening conditions and assisting the surgical and anesthetic team members to stabilize the patient.

Stabilizing venous access through the venupuncture and venous cannulations.

Secure informed consent from patient or patient relatives for invasive procedure.

Administration of medications as per physician orders.

Maintain actual intake output and record bowel movement, drains and discharges with remarks.

Maintain strict aseptic technique during dressing and other surgical procedures.

Handling of equipments in sterile manner and maintain patient safety.

Administrations of narcotics and analgesics drugs.

PROCEDURE ASSISTED:

Cardiac surgeries: onn pump and off pump CABG, AVR, MVR, DVR etc…..

Hepatobiliary : liver transplant (cadaveric and live ) and other related surgeries.

Plastic and vascular- free flap, tendon transfer, vein transfer and related procedures.

Gynecology- TAH, LSCS and other general surgeries.
