Pioneered a new Knowledge Center division space for online documentation involving running builds, script updates, development of a new online content area and the migration of content from the older version of the Knowledge Center to the new Knowledge Center.
Facilitated critical migration for my team’s project data into the IDCMS Repository from the old RTC Repository, and from IDWB Oxygen to DCS Oxygen with instructions and demos to educated and guide my team through each process.
Identified a need to develop a more efficient Word template that would save time in documentation and developed custom MS Word templates utilizing VBA code and graphic interfacing, to be used by internal teams for their documentation needs.
Streamlined document conversion from Word to the DITA xml format that resulted in enabling the converted PDF format file to successfully test for accessibility efficiently.
Collaborated the development of Advanced Security forms to be used by customer to send system information to Field Engineers that provided the ability to submit their security information ensuring they entered all required criteria in an easy-to-use format.
Created a RoboHelp EndoWorks online Help process training guide to aide internal developers along with a PowerPoint presentation, including the conduction of training sessions that directly supported Developers to ensure all steps were followed in the development of the EndoWorks online help.
Implemented new procedure and policy MS Word templates by designing customized button functions and VBA programming that ensured templated saved properly reducing half the man hours and cost required for the creation and production of procedures and policy forms also maintaining uniformity of documentation.
