E-Carburetor Full Assembly and Testing Line 2&3(UCAL - Chennai):

• Each line It consists of 18 station’s

• Bajaj (Platina and CD100 bike) Electronic-Carburetor UCD 20 variant.

• First start with casting component each station has testing and child parts assy.

• It’s a semi-automatic assembly and Testing line.

• This line had Flow checking with sonic nozzle and servo press.

• 2 stations are rotary table each have 8 station.

• Manual Loading,2 tightening and 2 pressing and automatic unloading using linear slide cylinder.

• Engine suction flow checking, Restriction of starter and P-jet solenoid ON/OFF test using ATEQ & Syscon meter and P-jet Flow check using COSMO meter with instant data transfer PLC (B&R) and LAB VIEW communication.

• Fukuda meter for precision vacuum applied testing in Float movement checking.

• Auto engaging Auto-choke solenoid ON/OFF test using INGUN pin.

• P-test and Air flow test is the important test for carburetor it contains imported Japanese sonic nozzles and flow checking in Main jet and Pilot jet.

Spring Brake Actuator Full Assembly and Testing Line (WABCO - Jamshedpur):

• The line consists of 9 station’s

• WABCO Pneumatic actuator for Trucks and Heavy vehicles Brake purpose variant (27/30,24/24,16/16).

• First Machine start with Ram bearing pressing its Pressing of ram using pneumatic cylinder 150bore dia.

• Second machine consist of Greasing and sub assembly and tightening in further stations.

• 8-bolt assembly with TPS control. Heavy coil spring is pressed by pneumatic cylinder and child parts inserted.

• Dry leak testing using Mitsubishi servo it using timing pully to ensure the ratio. Single station with two testing, this station checks the component with is higher limit 12 Bar pressure.

• Wet leak testing with Push rod length adjustment Monitoring using LVDT.

• I went Jamshedpur for this line commissioning support and trouble shooting. Pressure Relief Valve Assembly and Testing (WABCO – Pennsylvania, USA):

• The line consists of 2 station’s

• SHEPPERD-USA Manufactured Steering for Heavy vehicles.

• Steering had small PRV in his head for excess pressure of oil goes to exhaust port. When the oil pressure exceeds the Component pressure the PRV pressure value tuned using spring in Testing station. It’s Automatically opened the port to exhaust.

• PRV-assembly Machine contains Manual pressing, O-ring bullet assembly and Laser marking

• PRV-Testing machine contains Hydraulic power pack component tightening done by Hydraulic cylinders.

• Inlet the pressurized oil to the chamber if it reached the pressure of 150bar.

• Automatically drilled in component and Riveting Using SUGINO drilling machines.

• We customize the drill bit accordingly chips came out from component. Oil draining machine1&2 (DELPHI TVS – Chennai):

• Common Rail cleaning machine for (Ford, Hyundai, JCB)

• This machine contains 3 stages of filters used for 30 microns to 3-micron air filter.

• This machine used for oil external cleaning and internal suction and storage of oil before the packing.

• Fume-exhauster for external cleaning oil mist suction.

• Oil suction done by both vacuum and air.

• 10 Variants are accommodating in this machine

Toyota New Global Architecture -Water outlet common- (NOVARES – Czech Republic, Europe):

• This machine consists of water outlet molded plastic part.

• Full closed leak testing and Bush pressing load capturing.

• Leak testing done with ATEQ coupler and ATEQ leak tester.

• Bush pressing done by Pneumatic cylinder.
