With the experienced gained throughout several tiers of the supply chain within the aerospace industry, I have been accountable for the driving of consistent standards, rigorous SQDCP performance improvements and customer satisfaction by delivering all products OTIF from a vertically integrated process stream. The current scope of responsibilities require managing a headcount of circa 14 employees with regards to performance management, maintaining budgeted targets within financial capacity in terms of operational overheads and consumables.
