I taught 8th-grade ELA and several different high school classes, including Speech, Applied Communications, and Yearbook. I was the Yearbook sponsor, assistant dance coach, and Class of 2005 sponsor. Duncan Hills Golf Course, Pro Shop
Spring/Summer 2018, 2019
In order to supplement my teacher’s salary, I took a job at the local golf course. I worked the counter, checking in members, selling rounds of golf, refreshments, equipment; stocking, cleaning, etc. I also took on extra responsibility for making signs around the clubhouse, organizing, making posters, schedules, etc. I was given a raise for my work ethic and responsibility.
