Roles &Responsibilities: Incoming /Supplier Quality/ Customer Quality

PPAP run of supplied part.

IATF Implementations.

Conduct audit at supplier end.

Make follow up with supplier and ensure closure of all points.

Review incoming inspection practices and ensure they are aligned to any and all special requirements.

Management of Quality Documentation of the project / production line

Quality Gate implementation at supplier end.

Conduct audits as per process and product audit plans.

Communicate audit findings ensure closure of gaps against the standards and process control plans, through regular meetings follow up audits

Drive timely root cause analysis and corrective action implementation through execution of problem solving tools.

Exposure to ISO /TS Systems.

Plan conduct audits to verify compliances of quality system requirements, process & product requirement, poka-yoke.

Inspect and perform quality checks on supplier provided parts

Initiate 8D for NC in case defect detection and its closure.

Plan & execute supplier audit.

Prepare line rejection and verification reports for supplier specific parts.

Decide and define QA strategy for design changes or supplier change.

Perform Supplier performance monitoring on basis of line losses, field issues,PPM

Release debit note of supplied part in case of quality issue.

Define DOL & non DOL parts for final inspection.

Quality plan or control plan verification.

Plan & execution of SST, Raw material, bought out part testing

Pre Dispatch Inspection Report of finish good part.

Supplier wise Daily PPM monitoring.

Plan & execute process audit, product audit.

Monthly why-why analysis of top five defects cell wise with CFT team.

Customer complaint handling.
