The Knova Interface application will be designed to act as an interface between Knova US and TeamSite applications, for copying the FAQs. The purpose of the system is to read and process the FAQ XMLs from Knova US, convert them into TeamSite XMLs and push them into TeamSite. The Knova interface application shall be accessed through the TeamSite application. The user can launch the application through the link provided. The auto schedulers will run as scheduled by the System Admin. The Knova interface will have a user interface to enable the user to search/view/edit/delete Knova FAQs, and Push then into TeamSite. Each Knova FAQ will have associated product models details, associated resources and resource links and its history of changes. A user interface to upload and download model mapping (CSV file) will also be provided.
