RECRUITMENT MANAGER

• Promoted to manage Dallas ISD’s Recruitment Manager Department, which consists of a large team of recruiters and coordinators.

• Guide recruitment and selection efforts for the District, leading to approximately 1,800 new teachers hire per year.
