I am a skilled professional seeking employment working for a well established organization growing high quality medical cannabis. Though my professional career does not reflect the qualifications required for this position, I wanted to take the opportunity in this cover letter to highlight some of my skills.

For the better part of twenty years through hands on cultivation I have experienced both success and failure. Learning and growing with each new grow. I pride myself on producing high quality cannabis in a wide verity of mediums. Such as large outdoor “gorilla grow” style plots. Ware Mother Nature can be rewarding yet unpredictable.

I have successfully produced indoor gardens with a wide range of lighting systems. As well as different growing mediums, such as live soil, coco mix & hydroponic systems. I feel confident in my knowledge on all aspects of the growing cycle from germination, vegetation, transplantation, cloning, nutrient feeding, pruning, harvesting and probably most importantly the curing process. Many of my skills I feel could only be obtained threw years of experience.

Cannabis cultivation is a strong passion for me. I welcome the challenge and thrive to obtain the ever growing amount of knowledge about this plant. Lastly I wanted to add, being at a supervisor level in other professional fields I view myself as a great employee who is outgoing, a team player, and has the skills to produce at a high level.
