Independent Consultant 2017 – Present

Management consultant working with underperforming companies to implement control and standardization of processes. Teaching the use of MRP systems (SAP) to improve scheduling and inventory accuracy. Implementing standardized Lean concepts to improve efficiency and eliminate waste. Managing and mentoring employees at different levels of the organization to improve delivery and reduce customer issues.

Faurecia 2012 – 2017

Divisional Manager

Crisis management assignments for underperforming plants. Leading productivity improvement using lean concepts for machinery placement and process improvements. Waste reduction and increased utilization of capacity machinery. Provide support and training for 40+ manufacturing sites in three business groups across North America.
