Project 1: Southwest Rapid Rewards – Open UI

The main aim of the project is Siebel Application used by the Client is worked with ActiveX Controls now, application is upgraded without ActiveX Controls also Application should run normally without any Errors. For this purpose, I need to validate all major Functionality which includes the Integration, Database, UI Testing and without any changes in the Functionality and validate the layout.

Responsibilities:

●Identifying & writing test scenarios to test all different systems integrated with Siebel loyalty.

●Smoke and exploratory Testing of different Environments which are upgraded to Open UI.

●Baseline testing of different Environments, executing test cases & logging the defects in Mantis.

Description:

Lone Star’s goal is to transition our core reservation system that handles over 133 million passengers a year from SAAS to Amadeus’s Altea platform which was launched for international service in 2014. The Lone Star project will provide Rapid Reward Members the ability to accrue points and utilize their tier benefits when travelling on both international and domestic itineraries. Members will also be able to redeem loyalty currency for travel. To facilitate booking, Rapid Rewards customer profile information will be made available in the ARD booking flows. Customer data will continue to be maintained in the existing Rapid Rewards profile and will need to be synchronized between the Rapid Rewards profile and the Amadeus profile.

Responsibilities

●Developed automation scripts using Selenium and executing them.
