Duties: Assisted in the CO-VID screening process of all students and visitors entering the school, assisted with the preparation and assisting educators during a teaching lesson, assist with the asset management and monitoring process, assist with capturing new and returning students on the SAMS system, and assist with the planning process of ensuring the room allocations to abide by the CO-VID protocols.

Duties: Work in numerous roles (Teller, Enquiries, ATM custodian, Service Consultant, and Account Executive); each for a three month period. Each Role had different duties attached to each position.
Teller: Ensure that the cash on hand at the end of each day balances with the figure on the system. That customers are treated with respect and that any fraudulent transactions are reported.
Enquiries: Ensure that all customers’ requests are attended to while the information is captured on the system. Identify possible leads for future sales and submit the leads to the service consultants.
ATM Custodian: Ensure that the ATMs are filled correctly and that cash in the ATM matches the cash figure which is generated by the system. Handle all customer queries regarding cash jams and incorrect cash pay-outs.
Service Consultant: Have an active conversation with all customers to determine the proper products which are available that will give the customer the maximum utilization. Follow up on leads submitted by enquiries. Report any suspicious and fraudulent transactions. Analyse the customer’s account transactions and determine if customer qualifies for any upgrades or incentives.
Account Executive: Work within the business segment and assist a group of companies which were allocated to me. Ensure that all the business requests (Account origination, Change of Signatories, Increase/Decrease in Overdraft Facilities, Acquisition of new Asset, Submission of Documents), which are in line with Standard Banks policies, are attended to with urgency. Ensure that the documents are correctly organized on the system and that any outstanding documents are captured and issues with documents are rectified. Assist the Account Analyst with any requests required dealing with the customer accounts.
