Job Profile

Inspections of the product purchased by the company from the suppliers and maintain the record of supplier performance.

Inspection and approval of incoming materials, fixtures, drilling jigs, bend checking gauges, marking templates, paintings, lettering, stencils and different stages of production of Wagons as per the drawing and specifications.

Maintain the documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.

Check and monitor NDT requirement as per the specification.

Co-ordinate with the sub-contractors to achieve the targets and schedule set by the planning.

Conduct safety walk through in the site in co-ordination with the safety department on weekly basis.

Supervision of all piping works and ensures safety and quality standards of the client.

Inspection and approval of all the QA/QC submittals of the subcontractor.
