Job Profile : (Stores& dispatch)

-Material Planning

-Approving the payment vouchers

-Ensuring material handling, storage, identification and traceability

-Make stores system and procedure and implementations the same

-Implementations of 5’S in Stores

- Ensure to take GR in the system as per material received from party.

-Inter departmental follow-ups

-Follow-up with purchase as well as with vendor regarding criticality/urgency of material

-Ensuring to send the Vendor Rejections to supplier with in time.

-Accounts Reconciliation and Setting of job work Vendor Accounts

-MIS Reports

-Maintaining Ware House Stocks.

-To ensure perpetual inventory on daily basis.

-Records of Production and Clearances.

-To plan dispatches for the day.

-Preparation of Dispatch Documents (Invoicing, E-Waybill etc)

-Checking of dockets & bills raised by the courier.

-To ensure dispatches as per challans / Invoices.

-To co-ordinate with head office in dispatch related matters.

-Liasioning with couriers and transporters.

-To issue credit notes for the rejected material received from different parties

- To take active part in Kaizen

-To ensure before billing that Tariff heading of the material should maintain.

-Ensure to all the GR & MIRO should be clear same day

-Ensure all the job worker reconciliation on monthly basis

-Ensure all the rejection should return to vendor within one week.

-If any material received short from vendor then ensure same should debit to party at the time of receipts.

-Generate the service PO in system as per LR freight bill.

-Passing the freight bill as per agreement.

-Make the freight MIS.

-Debit to TPT for late delivery shortage & Damage as per agreement.

-Inventory control through classification and continuous monitoring.

-Make the TPT wise Tracker and book the material as per tracker ( L1, L2)

-Make the day wise/ Branch wise weekly dispatch plan and dispatch the material accordingly.

-Ensure to dispatch the material to branch as per their average sales, plan received from SCM Ho( in case of new range)
