ACADEMIC PROJECT DETAILS

1) Tittle: Wall Painting Machine

Team Size: 05 Role: Team Leader

Components Used: Mobile platform, Spray Gun, welded Frame structure, Dc Motors, chains, spur gears etc Description: The primary aim of the project is to design, develop and implement Wall Painting Machine which helps to achieve low-cost painting equipment. The painting chemicals can cause hazards to the human painters such as eye and respiratory system problems. Also, the nature of painting procedure that requires repeated work and hand rising makes it boring, time and effort consuming. When construction workers and robots are properly integrated in building tasks, the whole construction process can be better managed and savings in human labor and timing are obtained as a consequence. In addition, it would offer the opportunity to reduce or eliminate human exposure to difficult and hazardous environments, which would solve most of the problems connected with safety, these factors motivate the development of an automated painting Machine system. Responsibilities:

o Involved in parts gathering

o Involved in assembling parts

o Involved in testing and presentation

2) Tittle: Modelling and Analysis of Spring-Loaded Pressure Relief Valve Team Size: 1 Role: Team Leader Design and Analysis of Spring-Loaded Pressure Relief Valve Software used: CATIA, Unigraphics NX CAD, AutoCAD, ANSYS (workbench). Description: in this project we have design the spring-loaded pressure relief valve using CAD software CATIA veries component related to the assembly feature is design as per their specification. Assembly of the valve is done under the Siemens NX Software and Drafting of each of the component is prepared out inside the AutoCAD. Further structural analysis has been done to analysis the effect of the pressure on the valve head during the working condition.

Responsibilities:

3) Tittle: Computer Aided Exhaust Valve Design Automation using Creo And Microsoft Excel Spreadesheet.

Team Size: 01 Role: Team Leader

Components Used: Microsoft excel spreadsheet, VBA Language, Creo Parametric, ANSYS 18.0. Description: The primary aim of this project is to automate the designing and modeling of the exhaust valve using Microsoft excel spreadsheet and Creo. Graphical user tool is created inside the Microsoft excel spreadsheet to get the valve parameter directly into the excel cells as per the specification inserted by the user inside GUI Tool. This Microsoft sheet is later connected to the Creo database for 3D modeling Automation. later thermal analysis if performed to analysis the effect of thermal analysis on Exhaust valve inside IC Engine using Steady State Thermal analysis workbench inside ANSYS 18.0. after absorbing thermal effect on the existing valve two best material is recommended.

4) Tittle: Thermal Analysis and Computer Aided Exhaust Valve Design Automation using Creo And Microsoft Excel Spreadesheet.

Team Size: 01 Role: Team Leader

Components Used: Microsoft excel spreadsheet, VBA Language, Creo Parametric, ANSYS 18.0, Honda CB Twister. Description: The primary aim of this project is to automate the design and 3D solid modeling of the exhaust valve

(Honda CB Twister 110cc) using Microsoft excel spreadsheet and Creo. Graphical user tool is created inside the Microsoft excel spreadsheet to get the valve parameter directly into the excel cells as per the specification inserted by the user inside GUI Tool. This Microsoft sheet is later connected to the Creo database for 3D modeling Automation. Later steady state thermal analysis of Honda CB twister 110cc valve is performed to analysis the effect of thermal stresses on Exhaust valve inside IC Engine using Steady State Thermal analysis workbench inside ANSYS 18.0. after absorbing thermal effects on the existing valve two best alternative valve materials is recommended.
