● Providing backup telephone support to the Broker's consultants
(Distribution Specialists) by answering incoming calls regarding complications with a client's case, etc

● Training new capturers on our systems and work structures My position was escalated from capturer to quality assurer after two months at the company.
● This entails quality checking other capturers' work for any errors or data not entered before I can move the case off to the next processing department
