Responsible for the day-to-day Bar and Restaurant operations. Responsibilities include:

Responsible for Bar and Restaurant operation.

Creating all the Signature Cocktails and Mock tails.

Prepare Checks that Itemize and Total Meal cost and Taxes.

Responsible of Payment from the Guest.

Highly Keeping On eyes of Bar and Restaurant Inventory.

Reporting to Restaurant and Bar Manager and Assist to run the Bar and Restaurant operation smoothly on daily basis.

Meet & Greet and assist our guests.

Following the hotel brands standards and SOP’s.

Ensure that the Restaurant area is always kept clean and organize.

Ensure all guests are served with highest label of satisfaction.
