JOB PROFILE:

WORKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Organizing team for work activities.

Arranging Permits for various works & procuring materials as per the work packs.

Construction and execution of new well hook up jobs which includes Marking, Underground scanning and installation of Linear variable distribution boards (LVDB), Variable frequency drive (VFD), Remote terminal unit (RTU), Junction boxes, Instruments and generators in order to run new oil wells using temporary power supply.

Supervise and execute the complete installation for PCP, RDPCP and Schlumberger ESP wells by including cable laying, cable glanding and terminations earthing works.

Supervise and execution of long distance underground cables up to which includes excavation, sand bedding, cable tile installation for protection, backfilling.

Manage directly and provide engineering and technical supports to electrical & instruments work groups at site.

Reporting to the project engineer by providing daily work progress and plan for tomorrow report and follow up the project schedule to ensure all aspects of the are compliant with all contract terms.

Raising RFI when required stages, closing out if any punch list, and ensure effective delivery to be provided.

Worked in Experion Process knowledge solutions make Honeywell DCS system. And also in TDC 300, TDC 200, make Tata-Honeywell DCS system.

In daily preventive maintenance handled control valves, Solenoid valves, Conductivity & pH analyzers, pressure, Temperature, Level control systems Weighing cum packing machines.

Execute the Glanding and termination of Instrument cables at instruments, Control Panels, Distribution Boards and Junction boxes.

Preparation shift reports in Excell also Maintained the instrument calibration documents.

Calibration of PID controllers, ON/OFF controllers, I/P converters and pH analyzers.

QA/QC activities pertaining to instrumentation jobs, Continuity, IR testing, etc., Arrange inspection of construction activities with the client.

Inspection of cable laying and conducting, handling P& ID drawings.

Checking Location layout, loop drawing and relevant documents & Installation of cable trays, Brackets & unistruts according to as per client standards and procedure.

Servicing and Calibration of various types Control valves & Gauges.

I have done & participate the updating process of DCS Honeywell Experion C300.

I have done the Erection & Commissioning of Marshalling panel wirings like preparing the ferrule details, I/O list, P&I diagram, Loop checking, Terminal Block Wiring termination.
