Managed consolidation of multiple ETC and ITC lab environments into a single location. Effort included migrations and virtualizations as part of the standardized infrastructure server lifecycle. Used Agile/SCRUM methodology to develop Chevron’s Global Network Operations Strategy including implementation of process, procedures, hardware and software required to monitor the global business and PCN networks to realize that strategy. This project deployed CA Spectrum for global network monitoring, created standardize tools, processes and procedures for Chevron’s Network Operations Centers and integrated with BMC’s Remedy to automate the creation of support tickets, significantly reducing support and operations costs

Completed design, testing and implementation of the Machine to Machine project which supports global remote field site operations and allowing them to utilize public cellular carrier cell phone networks to transport business and process control network (PCN) data.

Replaced existing telephone systems at 15 TransCanada Field sites with VoIP PBXs and phones. Total project cost $600,000.00

Replaced the existing dial modem hardware equipment running on analog lines (located in Houston, TX and Bryan, TX) with Cisco AS5350 Access servers running on digital circuits while increasing lines for inbound calls into the pipeline SCADA system and providing a more reliable connection.
