EMPOWER RETIREMENT
Responsible for a team of project managers that support the IT portfolio of projects (~$23mm). Established a Vendor Management practice to support all 3rd Party IT relationships. Created operational metrics for IT to monitor the health of our delivery process.
• Established an intake process to ensure all work is prioritized by executive leadership on a quarterly basis

Responsible for the overall leadership of the IT PMO. This includes ensuring the IT PMO plans and executes all projects within the $40mm portfolio that are aligned with the company's overall strategy to position Chipotle as a leader in the digital economy.
