Work as an Administrative Assistant, assisting in admissions, organizing charts, and maintaining the care center’s nurses’ station organization.
As the Supplies Co-Coordinator, I manage a monthly budget of between $15,000 and $20,00 for supplies (continence, wounds, lab result equipment) for the organization. For this role, I engage in thorough data keeping and analysis of average usage to maintain and monitor our supplies stocks—a practice which was not streamlined in the role prior to me starting.
Provide support and education to patients and their loved ones about what to expect during the end-of-life process and accompanied them on their unique journeys
Formerly at the organization as a certified nurse assistant (CNA), I gave intimate care to patients with acute needs during their final days and hours at the inpatient care center
Serve on The Denver Hospice’s (TDH) and CareSynergy’s ethics committee, providing ethical guidance on multiple levels to these organizations and their affiliates.
