RESPONSIBILITIES:

My nature of day to day work includes performing all routine procedures in CT scan.

Working in latest state of the art technology GE 64 slice CT scan, Philips MRI 1.5 tesla & GE MRI 1.5 tesla in NARAYANA HRUDAYALAYA HOSPITAL, with performing special investigations like Coronary angio, Hepatic angio, Renal angio, Cardiac angio etc.

Working in Digital Radiography & Computed Radiography.

Cardiac:

Perform routine procedures in CT & MRI scan.

Apart from regular MRI imaging, I do MR Angiography, Venography, MRCP, MRU, 3D-MPR reconstruction, diffusion studies and MR Bolus contrast study, we have wide range of surface coils.

Perform coronary angiogram, which include a whole lot of 3D post processing, which includes :

1.Vessel analysis.

2.3D volume rendered model.

3.MIP views.

4.Curved reconstructions.

5.Stenosis analysis.

Also can handle patients for their preparations to undergo a coronary CT angiogram.

Perform cardiac CT & MRI angiograms for pediatric cases and do the post processing for various anomalies.

Perform triple rule out in emergency cases to rule out

1. Pulmonary embolism.

2. Aortic dissections.

3. Coronary vessel analysis.

NEURO

Cerebral angiogram and do perform the reconstruction of circle of Willis. Analyze each single vessel.

Separately also perform cerebral perfusion studies.

Also perform 4 vessel CT & MRI angiogram in case of acute stroke patients.

Ability in managing poly trauma patients, handling emergency situations, managing manual and automatic processing of film. Emergency’s reception and dispatching reports. Well versed in all CT & MRI techniques and can do 3D reconstruction for both soft tissue and bones, can produce good quality films, hospital practice and patient care. Involving in training the junior radiographers and CT & MRI trainees.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Having a good exposure in 300MA, 500MA, 60MA, IMAGE INTENSIFIER, CR COMPUTED RADIOGRAPHY, DR COMPUTED RADIOGRAPHY, MOBILE,, and BED SIDE X-RAYS.

We have 64 slice GE CT scan, Daily we are doing 45 to 60 procedures.

We have Two 1.5 Tesla MRI. Daily we are doing 30 to 45 procedures.

Well experienced in Radiological procedures like Barium swallow, Barium Meal, Barium Enema, HSG, IVP, MCU etc.,

Well experienced in taking beside X-rays C.C.U, ICU, NICU, PICU, orthopedic wards, Trauma and Emergency ward with Mobile Machines.

Good exposure and experienced in Manual, Automatic, CR & DR film processing.
