(Establishment of new 400/220kV, 2x500MVA S/s &

RESPONSIBILITY
• Preparation of SLD for grid Substation AIS include selection of Bus bar Schemes.
• Prepare Purchase order specifications(Enquiry Specifications)
• Equipment selection & Sizing Calculation include LA,CT,VT,WAVE TRAP,CIRCUIT BREAKERS(VCB & SF6)
• Prepare cable selection based on IEC-60502-1,2.
• Cable sizing calculation (Minimum cable size as per fault current & full load current value, Installed cable current rating calculation, Voltage Drop Calculation, number of cables per phase calculation, Cable Impedances)
• Knowledge in Cable installation method (underground, cable trench & cable tray) at site & Selection of permissible bending radius.
• Knowledge in Cable trench layout drawing preparation, Cable schedule preparation
• Electrical installation clearances (Ground Clearance, Phase to Phase Clearance, Phase to Earth.
• Substation layout plan & elevation section layout drawing preparation
• Estimation of Substation Plot Land Area Requirements, standard road width inside of the substation Substation material sizing (equipment support structure & transformer burn oil pit)
• 3PH short circuit electrodynamics force calculation(required to civil dept. to prepare equipment foundation.
