1.Total Experience in Raymond – 20 years.

Presently working with Raymond Limited as (Grade - Manager) Secretary to Director-Corporate Taxation since 25.08.2003.

Nature of duties:

Apart from my secretarial functions, here my responsibilities include coordinating with Division / Departmental heads in connection with compiling various accounting / financial reports, Maintaining Forex Registers, Remitting foreign currencies through banks and following up for getting payment advises, follow-up of various MIS reports from various departments required for Working Board Meetings and Strategic Review Meetings, preparing documents for Seminars / Conferences, air-ticketing for both - international and domestic travels, booking accommodations, ensuring prompt payments and other routine functions like sending faxing, filing, dispatching, etc.

2. Prior to that I was working with their Garment Division known as Raymond Apparel Limited as Secretary to General Manager-Commercial from 22.05.2000 to 24.08.2003.

Nature of duties:

My responsibilities, besides taking dictation, includes various secretarial functions such as self-correspondence, coordinating with senior executives / staff from Fabric Sourcing Dept / Purchase / Stores / Excise and IT departments, taking telephonic messages, fixing up appointments, follow-up of various MIS reports from various departments required for Working Board Meetings and Coordination Meetings, preparing documents for Seminars / Conferences, coordinating with Sourcing dept for making sample yardages for Fabric Bookings, ticketing for both - international and domestic tours, hotel bookings, routine functions like faxing, filing, dispatching, etc.

Nature of duties:

Besides taking dictations, here my responsibilities were preparing medical reports, fixing up appointments for patients, collecting clinical reports from various departments and compiling them for the OPD, arranging admission / discharge of patients from hospital, preparing consultation / surgical bills, coordinating with Accounts department for settlement of patients’ bills, doing self correspondence, filing, dispatching, etc.
