Conducting welder qualification test for welders as per WPS and making WQT as per welding engineer guidance.
Take all the readings of welding variables for calculating heat input.
PT inspection for Root and Final pass, Final Weld Visual Inspection for final welded joints.
Review of RT Reports and Study of repair joints.
Control of quality for Gasket and flanges such as flange face inspection, serration inspection, Grade, Bolt and nuts comply to the client Requirement.
Inspection of Blinding and De – blinding Activities.
Inspection of valves such as tag no. identification, flow isolation checking, handle orientation, checking of flange face, serration, gaskets, bolt, nuts and final torque as per client requirement.
Guiding with welding supervisor on all welding activities.
Preparing and submitting of weld traceability and evaluated if within Scheduled.
Conducting Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) as applicable.
Preparation of Weld Map, wall charts, Final reports, familiar with all kind of inspection formats and creating new formats as per the sample given in the codes and specifications.
Responsible for preparation of piping test packs, line checking, punching prior to Hydrostatic Test
Preparation of Fabrication Control Sheet, Test packs for piping. Co-ordination of shop and site Erection of pipe spools and structures and erection.
Conducting line Punching Pneumatic and Hydro test as per procedure & Clearing Punching Item.
Preparation of Drawing, BOM, Costing, Estimation and giving quotation for clients in Automobile and its based companies.
Preparation of BOM for conveyor’s, jigs, fixtures, Gantries, power panels, cable trays and cables as per client requirement, Work Execution and Team Management
