PT. Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk (Fajar Paper) Fajar Paper is a leading packaging paper manufacturer in Indonesia with an installed capacity of 1,300,000 metric tons per year and a range of products, which include Kraft Liner Board and Corrugated Medium Paper for carton-box packaging and Coated Duplex Board for display packaging.

A state of art thermal Power plant installed to cater need of Process power and steam requirements. The Power plant includes 2 x 35 MW combined cycle power plant with GE (Frame 6B) Gas Turbines with 130 TPH HRSG (each),

2 x 20 TPH Incinerators(waste to energy) to burn waste refuse from paper mill to produce energy in the form of steam,

1 x 75 TPH travelling Grate Boiler and 1 x 55 MW steam Turbine with 2 x 120 TPH CFBC Boilers. Role:

Steering and managing Power Plant’s complete Operation & Maintenance (mechanical, electrical, C& I and Planning & reliability), Techno-commercial Functions & MIS.

Since Nov’16 – June’18: Worked with PT. Merak Energi Indonesia as Manager – Power Plant PT. Merak Energi Indonesia is Group Company of PT. Sulfindo Adiusaha. A state of art 2 x 60 MW thermal Power plant installed to cater need of Process power and steam requirements. The Power plant is high pressure regenerative cycle based CFBC Boiler (Foster wheeler) and Condensing turbine (Fuji Electric) designed for higher efficiency with quality Automation. A dedicated Jetty installed to meet the coal requirement through Barges.

Role:

O & M of entire Power Plant with a cost effective, efficient and improved availability. Since May’16 – Oct’2016: Worked as Freelancer

Role:

Business development to explore opportunities for O & M and Consultancy of captive Power plants and mini hydropower projects.

Assistance to Mine Owner in Indonesia in Project development for mine mouth power plant.
