I am responsible for the success of 14 Sites which is conclusive of the Southern Region. During my time with Wyndham, I have developed and maintained an amazing culture and a divine unity across the Region. Through Knowledge, Communication, and dedication we have increased NOI and Production across all Sites. I have both a passion and strength for increasing production and lowering cost for underperforming sites. Some of my passions and strengths include, but are not limited to development of people, processes, training materials and manuals and Business Unit Budgets as well as Site specific budgets.

Hilton Grand Vacations Company

Director of Marketing Las Vegas Region (May 2009 to December 2014): I was responsible for the overall marketing strategies and success of Five Sites, in the Las Vegas Region. My Team exceeded the expectation, delivering results of an anticipated growth to $200 Million in net sales revenue. Some of my responsibilities and passions include, but are not limited to; developing budgets, monthly targets, designing training material and building relationships with outside vendors. Hire, train, motivate and coach marketing teams to include 7 departments of approximately 200 plus marketing and support personnel.
