Automatic Aluminum run welding machine fixed for welding it will reduce the welding time (before manually do the run welding take more time)
Implement kaizen for water coolant system in injection molding machine to reduce the mold over heating problem and mold blocking problem.
Mold clamping area EN8 shaft using instead of SS shaft (SS shaft should be broken two months once. EN8 material should not break. So clamping area shaft changing work done every six months once, so breakdown time is reduced.
In cap closing machine doing some correction to reduce the rejection level below 1%. (Before the correction rejection level is up to 5%)
