From FEB 2016 and Producton Started On NOV 2017.

Printng Capacity : 12 Tonnes per day.

This is, one of the Rotary Printng New Project.

In this project, I am take care from the Civil to Machine Erecton,and Machine

Commissioning.

actvites maintained by the ERP system.

All Machinery Process to be maintained by proper SOP.

2) Worked as a Plant Engineer in SHINY PROCESSING MILLS PVT LTD, Erode-638 011.

Period: From 02.08.2014 to 30.01.2016

Job Responsibilites:

Maintenance of all Textle processing machines, FBC steam boilers and Thermic heaters,

ETP, ie & NANe WITH the capacity of 1000 KLD and Evaporator(60 KLD) Capacity.

Erectng and Commissioning of all machines like CBi Machine(EiBA TECH), CPB

Machine(EiBA TECH), Stenter(EHWHA),Fabric Dryer(SANTEX), Flat bed printng

Machine(SCiEENeTEX),and iotary printng Machines(LAXMI FULLY AUTeMATIC).

Managing Plant Actvites with new development works in machine maintenance side and

inal reject management system after Evaporator operaton.

Planning, scheduling and preparing Daily and Monthly Maintenance Actvites.

Planning, scheduling and preparing MIS report.

Maintain the all safety actvites in the total Plant.

Preventve maintenance actvites taken regularly by maintaining check list for individual

Period : From 12.10.2012 to 30.07.2014

Job Responsibilites:

Maintenance of all textle processing machines (Yarn and Fabric Dyeing machines and both

inishing machines),FBC steam boilers(THEiMAX),FBC Thermic heaters (THEiMAX)& ETP,

ie with the capacity of 3600KLD and 3 Evaporators with the following capacites 350 KLD,

120 KLD, and 60 KLD.Steam Heated Driers for the sludge Drying purpose.

All the yarn and fabric dyeing machines are THIES and THEN brands only with THIES MPS

system. In yarn dyeing, the ancillary machines are FADIS(Precision soft winding machine,

MeNGe STiAYFIELD(iFDryer),DETIN(Yarn hydro extractor),iEMI(Cone wing machine).

Fabric Finishing machines are CeiINe(epen width padder with slit

opener),LAFEi(Compactng),LAFEi(Brushing and Sueding), and BiUCKENEi(Stenter).

Evaporator.
