• Organized and Participated in a Union Action for Earlham College cafeteria workers with assistance from UniteHere local. We successfully strong-armed Metz to the bargaining table.
• Organized and Participated in a Union action for SEIU Local 23 out of Indianapolis to empower janitor workers for the Eli Lilly Pharmaceutical company.
• Participated in a class where we lobbied on Capitol Hill to protect Medicaid and SNAP from slashing.
• Drafted a bill that was to be viewed by Senate that articulates the necessity of these programs for people of lower-income household.
• Organized, and Participated in a Boycott/Divestment/Sanctions group on campus, Students for Peace and Justice in Palestine. Where we mobilized and crafted petitions against our educational institution’s investments in the Israeli occupation of Palestine.
• Former Convener of JCC (Jewish Cultural Center) House. Where I served as a student liaison to residence life to ensure that JCC was fulfilling its role as an Earlham community themed house.
• Participated in a study abroad program in Athens, Greece through the Arcadia Center where I conducted social research, in the field, on the economic crisis and on other sociological concepts for the Arcadia Center, and provided food and hospitality service work in a refugee squat.
